Time for a new system. Any advice?

Ok my entire sound system was stolen from my vehicle. So i am taking it as an opportunity to go bigger than before. I still have nice speakers for highs and i have a new deck that is decent for the time being, but i am not sure what sub and amp combo to go with. I was looking at the 5-600 dollar range for parts alone. Also i would prefer something that has decent sq but great spl. Let me know your opinions and suggestions. By the way its going in an suv. Also the speaker size isnt a big concern just let me know what you think would be best.Time for a new system. Any advice?

For that price with a focus on SPL, I would probably do two RE Audio SE12s in a ported box with around 1.5cf per side, running both off an Alpine MRP-M1000 amp.
