What advice would you give to new emplyees regarding...?

the need to respect the rights of other workers? What advice would you give to new emplyees regarding...?
If you treat other workers as you would like to be treated, and in a manner such that you would not mind your parents, spouse or significant other, supervisor, clergy, and your children reviewing every action you take at the workplace, then you are in great shape. Common courtesy goes a long way too.

I have investigated a number of employment situations where an employee was accused of some type of inappropriate conduct (e.g. pinching a co-worker's butt, making racial remarks) and I cannot think of any case where the offending employee (if they were guilty) engaged in the type of conduct they would not mind the whole world seeing. What advice would you give to new emplyees regarding...?
Be cordial, but don't take up their time by chatting, unless it's about business. Stay out of there space, unless invited in and don't be a busy body. Mind your own business.
