The biggest misconception about losing weight is that you have to eat like that. But don't feel bad because a lot of people think like that. I know I did.

Start your day with something that will boost your metabolism. Like whole oats or whole grain cereal with skim milk and an apple. Then eat little things throughout the day like baby carrots, low fat yogurt etc for snacks.

If you are a meat eater, eat lean meats, chicken without the skin and salmon. Always roasted, grilled or baked never fried. And if you eat salad, make sure you use vinigarette or vinegar with olive oil. Much more healthier and doesn't have those bad fats.

This is what our bodies need on a daily basis:

25g of fiber

75g of protien

300g of carbs (whole grain/whole wheat carbs)

10-20g of good fats (omega-3's etc)

No more than 1000mg of sodium.

Take a multi-vitamin also. That's important.

Just remember food fuels the brain and it pumps the metabolism. If you don't get the necessary intake your metabolism will slow and you will get bigger. So spread out those meals (I would suggest eat 5 times a day as long as its no more than 1500 calories.) And burn burn burn those calories. Walk more and you must exercise. This is the way to loose weight. :)Trying A new diet? Any advice?
This is a very poor diet, as it is not balanced with any protein. Make it an all white meat chicken salad, minus the French dressing, but use oil/vinegar instead.

Don't use equal, use Splenda for your tea, although, I wouldn't drink the tea, try some ginger tea instead.

Likewise for dinner, ad some proteins in it, maybe a tofu salad. You need to work some cheese in there too for dairy.

Like I said, this is a very unhealthy diet you have here.
Hi Jennifer!

Nutritionists generally recommend incorporating carbohydrates in your breakfast. Carbs fuel your body! They're sustainable energy that will get you through the day. You won't last on just an apple! You'll feel terrible, hungry, and tired.

Why fuel your body at the END of the night when you're going to sleep and don't need the energy?

Check out this site...

';Include [breakfast] foods that are high in protein and complex carbs (like eggs and whole grain toast). Protein and complex carbs make a dynamic duo, as they make sustainable energy.';

*Research shows that you'll be less hungry throughout the day if you eat a good breakfast with complex carbs.
My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

Shes lost over 13 pounds already, most of the weight went from her tummy, hips, bottom and thighs. Apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body of toxins and bacteria.

She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay a few dollars for shipping.

Here's their site if you want to check it out: http://urlhawk.com/acaidiet
you honestly think thats gonna work?

thats like 500 calories a day

after day 1 you will be binging at 11 o clock at night on cookies and ice cream because you are so hungry

you will also have no metabolism because it will have slowed to store what little food your giving it

ALSO you will not have the energy to workout for 45 minutes a day. you probably wont even have the engery to walk around

id suggest buying a health magazine or see a nutritionist to get some sort of idea of what a diet/weight loss plan should look like

this is stupid and crazy
you need to eat some meat eating all fruits and salads is not as healthy as it sounds without meat you don't get all the required nutrients so try to work some meat into their like maybe a ham/turkey sandwich for lunch
I suggest you to play some sport or go to gym.
