Buying a new pc- need advice please?

I'm buying a new rig next week and its not cheap, and there are two that i need to choose from. I aint gonna post all the specs, but these new processors im not good at,so.....:

AMD Phenom X3 Triple Core 2.3 GHz , or Intel庐 Core%26amp;trade 2 Duo Processor E7200 2.53 GHz

I,personally think the Amd is far batter and faster processor,i just want to know if people agree

thank u in advanceBuying a new pc- need advice please?
The Phenom is actually better IMO then anything Intel has to offer. Intel took a page from the AMD book with the core processors in making a high yielding yet slower clock rated processor (hence the former pr rating_). Plus with that particular processor you gain one extra core.

for my experience. Intel is still the best processors. ive got issues with AMD being to hot. for laptop go with centrino 2. but its really up to you. if you think amd is faster then go for it. just make sure you have a lot of RAM whether intel or amd. good luck
Well in that comparison the AMD outperforms the E7200 and it should, I mean it has an extra core. And as for Phenom better than anything Intel has I believe these benchmarks prove otherwise.

well idk cuz i have to worst intel ever made Inter Celeon M but it sounds good. i would get the AMD there cheaper but idk i would ask a person at the store what he thinks personnally is better
The E7200 beats the 8650 on just about every benchmark, sorry.
