I need a new hairstyle, any advice or ideas?

With my senior year at school starting I wanted to change my look up a little bit. I have curly wavy hair, which isnt always managable. It's dark brown and almost black in certain parts. At it's longest parts my hair is about 5 inches below my shoulders. It is layered from my chin down, actually it would be considered more choppy. It frizzes pretty easily and with it being thick it takes about an hour and 45 minutes to straighten with the straightener I have. With my description, does anybody have any pictures and can describe any hairstyles for me? I don't mind straightening because I soon plan on getting a better straightener and I think my face shape would be considered oval.





Any advice would help.I need a new hairstyle, any advice or ideas?

all you have to do is just pull the top part back.. it takes about 2 minutes but if it was really poufy you could straighten it but not that much

Your hair sounds just like mine, but a little darker. I got it cut short two weeks ago, it's a bob about halfway down the neck at the lowest point (the front) and gets soewhat higher as it goes back. I really love it, it's more manageable and looks good. Although I'm 13, and it fits my age, I don't know if you would like it, but I love mine. Hope I helped.
