Need advice on horrible new neighbors - how do I get them out?!?

So last week we had new neighbors move in across the street (they are renting from the owners). They leave their windows open all day and night, blare loud horrible music, park their car half on the driveway half on the street, have 8 inside/outside cats that roam the neighborhood with no tags and dig in people's flower beds and this morning the house alarm was going off from 3 to 3:40 am, the police and fire crews had to come and help them shut it off - they turned it on didn't they? To top it all off we just had some beer and sodas stolen from our garage fridge and our neighbor had a carton of cigarettes stolen out of her car - Now I don't want to go accusing anyone but is it just a coincidence that all this happened after they moved in? We live in a small rural community and everyone knows another, no theft has ever happened in our neighborhood. HELP!Need advice on horrible new neighbors - how do I get them out?!?
contact the police, via non emergency #, to report the noise, parking violations etc- when it's going on.

as for the cats. most states don't have laws about curbing or picking up after your cat, only dogs. call the spca for the exact laws for your area

as for things stollen from your garage- that's a burglary and police respond for that.

your neighbor will have to call and report the theft herself-

note- ALWAYS LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND REMOVE THINGS THAT YOU DON'T WANT STOLLEN AND TAKEN THEM IN YOUR HOUSE

give a copy of your complaints/police reports to the landlord and ask him to talk to the tenants

I had to have help from this place also for horrible neighbors. I did exactly what everyone suggested. I taped the noise they were constantly making, repeatedly called the police, contacted the landlord, even took him to court. I took pictures and last but not least I also got written notorized statements from other neighbors who were also fed up. Last but not least my family and I moved. We now have a lawsuit against the landlord because of it. I wish you luck!
Well my first response was gonna be to contact someone such as law enforcement or animal control. But since you have already had contact with them. I would set up a cheap camera system to see what you can find out. That mite just be what you need. Dont give up on contacting people either keep it up! GOOD LUCK!
Haunt them. It happens all the time on TV!

Or move. Your property value just plummeted even more than the economy could dictate.
Buy crappy beer and generic sodas... voilè„¿, your problem is solved.
Can you talk to the owners of the house and alert them as to what's going on? It sounds like things that are not really illegal but just rude.

You really have to be careful and delicate in approaching people with complaints. Is it possible to discuss this problem with other neighbors to brainstorm a solution?

It seems ironic that you have to be delicate with people that are obviously not being delicate with other people's feelings, but if you don't know who these people are, you don't know how they may react to criticism.

Proceed with caution! How about getting video evidence?
